Carton board thickness and type depends on the product.

Characteristics :

• The machine has two compartments, configuration table and automatic carton forming compartment.
• In the configuration table, bottles are arranged in desired rows (maximum 4×4) and put on the carton board.
• The stack of flat carton boards are placed in the carton magazine.
• Carton boards are folded mechanically by bottles weight.
• The machine is using Hot Melt glue.
• Glue is pumped by an Air pump.
• After filling, end flaps of the carton are glued and pressed by pneumatic cylinders.

Machine speed :

The speed of packing in the machine is 12 cartons per minute.

Control mechanism : 

The machine is full automatic in operation and is equipped with Electronic control (PLC),

Electronic speed control (Frequency inverter), and Touch screen monitor.

-It is also equipped with control system for compressed air, glue temperature, bottle and carton board existence, and error monitoring.

Fabrication materials : 

All electric ,electronic and pneumatic equipment used in this machine is european and japanese made.
