Specifications :
- The movement of container in machine is handled by the neck of container (Neck Holder) and needs minimum change parts.
- The container inlet mechanism is air conveyor and can be connected directly to bottle unscrambler or blow molding machine.
- The filling principle is counter pressure type .
- The capper heads are equipped with adjustable torque magnetic clutches.
- All the parts in contact with product is made of stainless steel 316 and the machine cladding is made of stainless steel 304.
- The machine has all around safety doors.

The packaging speed of this machine is 8000-16000 for bottles 1500 to 300 cc per hours.
Control mechanism :
The machine is full automatic in operation and is equipped with electronic control (PLC), Touch screen color monitor and electronic speed control
(frequency inverter).The machine is equipped with water and air and CO2 pressure control equipments.
